Linescape is a seamless, top-down pullover that begins at the neck. Intersecting slipped stitch lines and tuck stitch details add rhythm and texture, while short row shaping and raglan increases create a comfortable fit through the yoke.
Once the yoke is complete, the body and sleeves are set free to flow smoothly in the round down to the hem and cuffs, where 2x2 ribbing with a subtle line at the edge gives the sweater a fuss-free finish.
The result is a piece that feels engaging to knit and easy to wear.

ITO ITO BAG is an intarsia pattern that can be knitted as a tote bag or a drawstring bag. Both bags are knitted from the bottom up, beginning with modified Judy’s Magic Cast On, which is a provisional cast on method on two needles. Each side of the bag is knitted flat following charts, then seamed together using mattress stitch.
The intarsia patterns in Ito Ito Bag are beginner friendly. The level of difficulty builds up as you progress. The first chart begins with only 2 balls of yarn, and increases to a maximum of 4 balls of yarn. The second chart begins with 4 balls of yarn and increases to a maximum of 6 balls of yarn, with a loop stitch section thrown in for challenge and fun. Through this project, you can get familiar with basic techniques in intarsia knitting..
The tote bag is knitted to a size that matches a store-bought cotton tote bag (B5 size Muji Cotton My Bag, or similar). It finishes with an i-cord bind off on the top edge. After blocking, the cotton tote bag is sewn onto the inside of the bag to give it sturdy handles and a non-stretchy lining. The drawstring bag finishes with casings and cords.
